Welcome to BA Tax & Advisory (BATA). BATA is a venture involving forward-thinking tax agents and BAS agents. BATA has been formed exclusively and specifically to provide a service to BAS agents and other service professionals who are looking to provide a complete tax agent and advisory service to their clients.

BATA does not provide any tax services directly to members of the public.

With BATA, you maintain and strengthen your relationship with your client, as you will be able to take responsibility for all of their tax compliance requirements.

Services available for your clients through your partnership with BATA include:

• Company Tax, Partnership, Trust, and SMSF Tax Returns (with SMSF Audits);
• Individual Tax Returns;
• Financial Reports As Required; and
• Taxation and Business Advisory Services.

BATA affiliates are independent professionals who hold an existing registration with the Tax Practitioners Board, or other appropriate statutory authority. Affiliates, subject to approval, can be:

• BAS Agents;
• Financial Advisors;
• Tax Agents (who need access to required software and related BATA services);
• Auditors;
• Legal Practitioners; and/or
• Other Authorised Individuals

BATA is a registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (registration #25992126). It is an accounting practice whose principals maintain relevant professional memberships with decades of experience in providing tax and accounting services.
